TENTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE GLEBE FINE ART SHOW
OTTAWA, JULY 18, 2015 --- The Glebe Fine Art Show (GFAS) celebrates this fall its10th anniversary with a show ready to dazzle its visitors. The Show will be held the weekend of September 19 and 20 at The Glebe Community Centre, 175 Third Avenue in Ottawa.
Over the years, the GFAS has grown tremendously in size and scope, and now reaches artists and visitors from the large Ottawa-Gatineau area. It is currently considered as one of the prime fine art event in the region.

The Nepean Fine Arts League is excited to announce the upcoming Fall Show and Sale which coincides with its 50th anniversary in 2014!
The NFAL has been contributing to the Ottawa arts scene and expanding its membership steadily since 1964. It has been providing opportunities for its members to connect with a wide audience, sponsored juried art shows, and ensured that the public has access to the wide range of styles and subjects of its talented visual artists.
The NFAL 50th Anniversary Fall Show and Sale will be taking place Nov. 28 to Nov. 30th 2014, in the Ukrainian Banquet Hall at 1000 Byron Avenue, near Westboro.
Special guests for NFAL’s 50th anniversary local celebrity announcer Dylan Black of Boom 99.7, who will officially open the show and sale.

You are very cordially invited to drop in to the Ottawa West Arts Association 6th Anniversary Exhibition & Art Sale on Saturday, 25 October 2014 between 10:00am and 4:00pm. It will be held at the Goulbourn Recreation Complex at 1500 Shea Road, Stittsville.
We will have 18 booths with painters and photographers exhibiting their latest creations. There will be free cake and ice cream, and an opportunity to chat with the artists.

Mark your calendars now – the West Carleton Arts Society’s annual Fall Show and Sale, Expressions of Art, is coming soon! The weekend before Thanksgiving weekend, 34 inspired local fine artists will display their work in the Agricultural Hall on the Carp Fairgrounds.
The Arts Society is excited to announce that Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson and West Carleton-March councillor Eli El-Chantiry have confirmed that they will jointly open the Show on Friday evening. The opening reception will be on Friday, October 3, from 7 to 9 pm. After the opening remarks, Ottawa musician Spencer Scharf will entertain us with his varied musical interpretations of songs we all know and love. Everyone in the community is invited to come and meet Mr. Watson and Mr. El-Chantiry, enjoy Spencer’s music, share a nibble from the desserts and beverage table, and look at the wonderful art on display.
